· Steve Terrell is a Professional Leadership Coach , Motivational Presenter and Workshop Facilitator who is inspiring Business Leaders and Young Adults to participate in profound innovation and change on a generational and global scale.

· Steve has 16 years experience as a Uniting Church minister, has experience on several boards and has a track record for enabling people to move from living ordinary to extraordinary lives.

· He offers a range of programs and services – from individual and team coaching, to corporate workshops with a particular focus on creating vision and mission objectives, and enabling new models of leadership that create space for younger generations to envision a new world.

· Steve specializes in coaching corporate staff from Executives right through to junior staff to create more meaning from their work and so become more productive, and fulfilled employees. He specializes in working with “leaders with spirit” who have a passion for seeing youth grab the future with both hands. Outcomes in the workplace will directly influence the depth of relationships and level of satisfaction, particularly with younger employees.

· After a successful career inspiring and motivating people, Steve now coaches other people to achieve the same success through Revolution Coaching. As a Christian Mission and Education consultant across the entire SE area of Melbourne, Australia, Steve works with a diverse range of groups to enable them to establish an inspiring vision and clear goals based around character rather than form or structure. His vision workshops feel great and inspire change and optimism even before they’ve finished!

· Steve is no stranger to working with people and organizations that want to make a difference. He has worked with youth as they established successful disco events, adults in establishing community care agencies, and overseen structural change and movement from large clumsy councils to lean and inspiring leadership teams.

· When he’s on his feet Steve develops an easy and engaging rapport with his audience, drawing on the inner motivations of his listeners to enable them to be more focused, purposeful and fulfilled in their everyday work. He is enthusiastic, passionate and delightful with a quick, easy wit and a love of all things positive.

· Steve is the founder of Y-Viz, a Generational Transformative Leadership venture which aims to support emerging Gen Y leaders in creating a new and better world.
