Mission
Our Mission is to coach business and community leaders who are shaping a world where every person can live life to the full. Our emphasis is on working with the corporate sector in creating brilliant space where emerging Gen Y leaders can attain true vision, hope and excellence in shaping that world.
Ideal clients are from two major groups:
- Successful business leaders, probably Gen X or Boomer, and aware of, if not passionate about creating a great environment for Gen Y to be attentive to their role in laying the foundations for a new world. They will be able to draw on the resources of the corporate world to provide a supportive and nurturing environment for Gen Y visioning, and also know about drawing appropriate boundaries for their own hopes and dreams.
- Emerging Gen Y leaders in the corporate sector. These leaders have ability to think ahead, know that they have an important role to fulfill, are able to set targets, and have the capacity to dream.
